MTCIA Case Hearing on New Injunction Rescheduled by Court

I just spoke with the Goetz Law Firm and they have been informed that the date for our hearing is changing. The judge had a conflict and could not hold the hearing as originally scheduled. Jim Goetz, the MTCIA attorney, has responded that the only way we will agree to a change in the schedule is if the Temporary Restraining Order is extended. I understand he does not believe that will be a problem, but we have not gotten confirmation from the court just yet. As I get more information, I will keep everyone informed.
