STATEWIDE MEETING IN BOZEMAN

Dear Members:

In view of the recent court ruling by District Court Judge James Reynolds, MTCIA is scheduling a statewide meeting in Bozeman on Tuesday, January 13, at the Holiday Inn, 5 Baxter Lane.

The meeting agenda will include the following issues:

1. Updates on the legal aspects of the recent court ruling. Attorney James Goetz will be in attendance to       answer your questions.

2. Updates on our legislative agenda.

3. Discussion on our advertising campaign.

Please forgive the short notice. MTCIA was not informed of the court decision until Saturday, January 3. This court ruling will affect EVERY MEDICAL MARIJUANA PROVIDER in Montana.
