Today’s call to action!

Call To Action:

We need everyone to call Montana Attorney General Tim Fox at 444-2026. Fox is forming his response to the MTCIA’s motion for a 14 month transition period. He can chose to support our request or fight it. Supporting this transition is the most responsible action Fox can take. We need you, his voters, to encourage him to support this motion for a transition period. This would save thousands of patients from losing access to their medicine. This period would allow patients and providers to continue operations until after the voters of Montana have a chance to vote on a new Medical Marijuana law.

Your calls to our Governor Bullock worked, as he submitted a brief in support of this transition period. It is now time to thank Bullock and move our efforts to Tim Fox. Also please continue to contact your elected representatives and encourage them to support Safe Access for all Montana Medical Marijuana Patients!
